All classes are designed for all fitness levels. We work in timed intervals, allowing you to work at your pace during that time. If you have any injuries/limitations, please find your trainer before class so they can give you any necessary modifications or alternative exercises that fit your needs. We want you to get what you need out of your workout.

Upper Body

Push, pull, dip, press…whatever the movement, we are working that upper body! This strength focused workout will leave your arms feeling slightly like jell-o…but don’t worry, everyone has had enough strength left to hold a beer after class thus far.

Lower Body

Leg day!! A crowd favorite (or so we like to think). Another strength focused workout targeting  the entire lower body. From booty work to lunges to wall sits (and probably some cardio moves)…come ready for it all. Oh, and maybe make those lunges a little more challenging by holding a keg! Empty or full? Come find out.

Cardio / Core

Name something that’s a heck of a lot easier with friends?….cardio & core. Need a little extra calorie burn or want to tone those abs? Join us for cardio and core day – a workout filled with cardio drills, ab work, and maybe some friendly competition. And definitely NO burpees.

Total Body HIIT

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. This class is designed to get your heart rate up, work all muscle groups, and leave you ready for recovery time. We work in short, intense intervals followed by a recovery period, preparing you for that next burst of energy. We promise this one will leave you ready for a post workout drink!

Total Body Endurance

Focusing on both muscular and cardiovascular endurance, our goal is to train our bodies to be able to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time. Think long, steady work periods followed by short recovery time. The goal of endurance day is to work each muscle group to exhaustion, crush some lower intensity cardio, and pace yourself throughout.
